Chitwan Jungle Safari Tour Itinerary

Following a scenic route, you will drive to Chitwan. Located more than 150 kilometers from Kathmandu, Chitwan is a beautiful town. From Kathmandu, you will descend on a pitch road enjoying lush green hills, dense forests, rivers, waterfalls, small settlements, and terraced farms. Upon reaching Chitwan, you will move to the hotel, freshen up, and get ready for the night.

In the evening, you will visit nearby Tharu village where you will see a cultural program and dance with the participants. Later, you will have a delicious welcome dinner organized by the company.

Today, you will wake up early in the morning and go on a 3 to 4 hours rafting excursion. Everything will be pre-arranged for you, therefore just be ready to have an adventure. After that, you will return to the hotel and have a warm breakfast. Later, you will visit Chitwan National Park where you will go on an Elephant Safari. During the safari, you will go deep into the forest where you can see wild animals like one-horned rhinos, wild boar, tigers, leopards and peacocks, etc. You will also take a boat on the Rapti river during which you will see aquatic life like dolphins, crocodiles, and water birds. The day also includes a visit to the elephant breeding center where you will learn to prepare food for elephants and bath them.

After a quick breakfast, you will have some time to go and watch some birds. Later, you will drive back to Kathmandu following the same route that brought you here. You will spend the rest of the day exploring around and in the evening, you will have a farewell dinner organized by the company.
