Terms and Conditions

Snowland Adventure is a trustworthy company for clients which is authorized by act of government of Nepal and offers the following booking conditions. Before the declaration of booking on the package offered by Snowland Adventure, we suggest clients read the terms and conditions carefully.

Queries of Trip

All the answers of queries regarding the trip will be explained in detail by email after trip enquiries made by clients. Feel free to ask queries by email. We will respond you as soon as possible.

Booking Policy

A trip reservation shall be confirmed after payment of 20% of the total cost of the package and supply of a client photograph and passport copy. A confirmation receipt shall be sent via email after booking and the remaining payment can be paid in cash after arrival in Nepal.

Cancellation policy

  • For cancellation of a trip, notice should be sent at least 20 days before the departure date, otherwise 18% of the cost shall be non-refundable.
  • If the service included in the package is not used, then the cost of the unused service is not refundable.
  • No refund will be made if you leave the trip because you asre unable to proceed further or do not want to go further.

Travel Insurance

Each client should have an international insurance policy covering accidents and emergency evacuation at high altitude. Insurance of guides and porters will be covered by the company.

Risk and Liabilities

As we are governmental registered company, we run under the act of government of Nepal. So, under the following change or abandonment of trip such as political instability, natural disaster, sickness, accidental cases, flight delay and changes in act, the company shall not be liable.

Postponement of program

Under the case of postponement of the program, notice should be sent to the company at least 20 days before the departure date of the trip. If the notice is not sent and the booking is cancelled at the last minute before departure, then 10% of the total package will be charged.

Passport and visa

The passport of the client should have at least six months validation and the information of the passport should be valid. The client should have a valid visa that covers completion of the trip. Note: Visa for Nepal shall be obtained after arrival in Nepal at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA).

Late booking

No additional charge is made for a last minute booking, but the client must pay the full package cost at the time of booking.

Data secure

Confidential data shared with our company will be secured by us such as passport information, and client location and photo.

Complaint

If the client has any complaint concerning the guide, porter or any company representative, then they can feel free to complain to the Manager of the company. The manager has the authority to charge them for the unusual behavior towards the client.

Illegal act during the trip

If the client conducts any illegal activity during the trip, the client can be asked to leave the trip immediately by the guide because the guide from Snowland Adventure has complete authority during the trip.
