Snowland Adventure is a trustworthy company for the traveler which is authorized under the act of government and offers a following conditions for the booking. Before the declaration of booking on the package offered by Snowland Adventure, we suggest travelers to read the conditions carefully.

Queries of Trip

All the answers of queries regarding the trip will be explained detailly through mail after enquiry of the trip made by traveler. Feel free to ask queries through mail. We will respond you as soon as possible.

Booking Policy

The trip will be booked after payment of 20% of the total cost of package, photo of the traveler and passport copy of the traveler. The confirmation receipt is send via mail after the booking of trip package and remaining payment could be paid through cash after the arrival of traveler in Nepal.

Cancellation policy

  • For the cancellation of the trip, a notice is to be send before 20 days of the departure date trip otherwise 18% of the booked cost will be non-refundable.
  • If the service included in the package is not used then the cost of non-used service won't be refundable.
  • No refund will be made, If you leave the trip because you cannot go further or don't want to go further.

Travel Insurance

The traveler should have an international insurance policy which should cover the accidental cases and emergency evacuation because we won't know when the unforeseen circumstances may come. Regarding the insurance of guide and porter, it will be covered by the company itself.

Risk and Liabilities

As we are governmental registered company, we run under the act of government of Nepal. So, under the following change or abandonment of trip such as political instability, natural disaster, sickness, accidental cases, flight delay and changes in act, company won't be liable.

Postponement of program

Under the case of postponement of the program, a notice should be sent to the company before 20 days of the departure date trip. If the notice is not sent and the booking is cancelled at the last hour of the departure then 10% of the total package will be charged

Passport and visa

The passport of the client should have at least six months validation and the information of the passport should be valid also the traveler should have a valid visa till the completion of the trip. Note: Visa for Nepal will be obtained after the arrival of Nepal in Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA).

Late booking

No additional charge are made for the last hour booking but the client has to pay full package amount when they book the trip at last hour.

Data secure

The confidential data which is shared with our company will be secured us such as passport information, location of the traveler, photos of the traveler and so on.

Complaint

If the traveler has any complaint of guide, porter or any company representative then they can feel free to complaint to Manager of the company. Manager has the authority to charge them for the unusual behavior to clients.

Illegal act during the trip

If the traveler conduct any illegal activity during the trip they can be asked to leave the trip immediately by the guide because guide from Snowland Adventure has all the authority during the trip.
