Spring and autumn are the best seasons to visit Nepal for any kind of tourism, travel and climbing activities. The weather becomes clear in these seasons and wonderful views can be observed. These seasons are perfect for trekking to high altitude. In the monsoon, it rains a lot and there is the possibility of landslides and floods. However, the monsoon is the best season to travel in Dolpo and Mustang regions. Winter is a tough season to trek in the Himalayan region, but treks and tours in lowland regions are possible.
Weather in Nepal
I met Ram in Kathmandu and we went together to Langtang Valley. I am very glad to have found Ram as he was an excellent guide and had good knowledge of local culture and people. I enjoyed this trek so much I decided to go with Ram to Annapurna Circuit which was the most beautiful place I have been.
Ram ensured we were well looked after throughout the trek and knew the best places to stay and which route was best. I am very happy to have met Ram as he helped make my trip to Nepal so memorable and I'm sure we will remain good friends!

We met Ram on our trekking tour to the Langtang-Valley, though he was not our guide, he helped us a lot on our tour. He‘s got a huge knowledge about the himalayan mountains and dös bis Job with passion. We visited him in Hits office back in Kathmandu where we arranged pur further Trip to Pokhara. It was more like meeting a new friend for tea. He and his team seemed very competent and friendly but without beeing pushy. Ram does a Great job, any time I visit Nepal again, I‘ll arrange my trekking tour via Snowland Treks!
We first visited the Upper Mustang with Ram, wich was umbelievable ! Mountains, culture, temples, paintings, landscape and food were like a dream... Then we follow the trek to the Thorung La pass (from west side to est side) and Ram was a perfect guide for this hard part of trek. He accepted to take our bag because one of us had mountain sickness. He was patient and smiling, as often ! We can assure to you Ram is the best guide than ever ! Thank you sooooo much !

I did the Manaslu trek with two friends under the excellent supervision of Ram Adhikari.
On our arrival we were exhausted from the long flight, but Ram's enthousiasm woke us up.
We went for dinner and drinks and it was immediately clear to us that we hit the guide-jackpot. He was eager to start the trek, grateful that we visited Nepal and we had a lot of fun already on the first night.
Before we left, Ram explained what we were going to face and made sure we had the right equipment.
Manaslu is a wonderful trek, it's intense, but Ram guided us perfectly. Being serious when it's needed, joking around at other times. Always checking if we were feeling ok, adjusting the plan when needed. He is in love with the mountains and knows incredibly much. His genuine concern of making the best for our trip just made this the most incredible experience I've ever had.
Besides a superb guide, he's also a great person.
He knows a lot of people along the route and was continuously greeting and joking with the locals. During the trek he regularly handed out candies and fruits to children in the villages.
If you consider for Nepal to be your next travel destination, don't doubt and and just book Ram!More
